30-Day Space Trial

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in its original condition, unassembled (if applicable), and in its original eco-friendly packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-sized organizers
• Opened fragrance or wellness products (candles, incense) for hygiene reasons
• Gift cards

Return Process

1. Log into your SpaceEase account and select the order you wish to return.
2. Choose the reason for return and generate a free return shipping label.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Drop it off at any partnered logistics center or schedule a home pickup.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
